Englewood Community Area is, almost, directly in the middle of Chicago's South-Side. The North limit, common to New City Community Area and Fuller Park Community Area, is Garfield Blvd (5500S) from Racine Ave (2200W) to the Metra / Rock Island District Line, around 130W. The East boundary, from here, moves South along the Metra Line and 130W to 61st St (6100S), West to LaSalle ST (150W), South to 63rd St (6300S), West to Wentworth Ave (200W), South to Marquette Rd (6700S), West to Yale Ave (245W), South to 69th St (6900S), West to Harvard Ave (319W), South to 70th St (7000S), West to Stewart Ave (400W), South to 74th St (7400S), West to Eggleston Ave (430W), South to 75th St (7500S), West to Wallace St at 600W, and, finally, South to 76th St (7600S). The West edge, and neighboring West Englewood Community Area, is Racine Ave from Garfield Blvd South to 75th St (7500S). The South border, shared with Auburn Gresham Community Area and Greater Grand Crossing begins at Racine Ave and 75th St, East to Halsted St (800W), South to 76th St (7600S), and East to Wallace Ave.
