Humboldt Park Community Area shares its North border, 1800N (roughly Bloomingdale Ave), with Hermosa Community Area and Logan Square Community Area; and it runs from Kenton Ave (4600W) to Humboldt Blvd (3000W). Kenton Ave, from 1800N to 400N, is the western border and is shared with Austin Community Area. The East side border, neighbored by West Town Community Area, heads South on Humboldt Blvd to North Ave (1600N), West to Kedzie Ave (3200W), South to Augusta Blvd (1000N), East to Sacramento Blvd (3000W), South to Chicago Ave (800N), East to California Ave (2800W), South to Grand Ave, SE to Rockwell St (2600W), and South to 400N. The South border, 400N, follows the Metra Union Pacific West Line and is common to West Garfield Park Community Area and East Garfield Park Community Area.
